It looks really good, but my wife says that I will not be able to stay in that position long enough for her to feel satisfied. She has me either face down on the bed, or standing bent forward at a less extreme angle. Apparently it hurts much more the more you stick your bottom out. For better or worse, once we have got that far I basically do as I am told.
