This Spencer style paddle has 1932 written in the middle of the blade, and is signed by many of the folks who were acquainted with its sting. One wonders where this was used? A school? Orphanage (à la “Annie”)? Some other venue?

this is my thought… unless the girl has done something really bad, don’t use a paddle especially a school type one. a woman’s bottom was made for an over the knee bare handspanking. if its for a serious offense then maybe MAYBE a ping pong paddle type be used. i cant see any woman warranting a paddlespanking where a swinging of such force is necessary. i am a proponant of length as opposed to force when a spanking is needed….

I never witnessed a bare bottom paddling in my schools. If it was done, it was certainly not in the open. The closest I saw was a girl who had her dress and petticoat flipped up and spanked over her panties. This was a bare hand spanking the teacher did “on the spot” as contrasted with her usual procedure of taking the spankee to a nearby cloak room for a session with the paddle.
