I have always thought that public spankings would be a good thing. Maybe if a few teens had their butts busted in public that it may deter others. i can’t be so sure about boys but i bet it would girls, not many girls would want to chance having their buns bared for public display and spanked then again…. and if the parents are found liable for the lack of control then they should be spanked too. would like to see both parents required to spank their kiuds and the judge too after three hot spankings i would hope the troubles would be eliminated
