If th boy had removed his own pants and n under wear in a classroom ie a public place, he would probably be suspended or arrested or worse for indecent exposure. buy t an aunt, not even a parent and so much for other children to see– the poor kid – this is just wrong, and the school officials are niinies for not being able to figure out what to do. If someone saw an adult do that to a kid in a front yard or on the street or even through a window there would be a visit from a social wokder etc who might even remove the child to protective custody. Even where there is not actual violence but a true accident and a child has briuises there is frequently an investigaiotn. So what is wrong with the schhool people here???
Can you imagine the psychological harm this kid may suffer? Not to mention the razzing he’ll surely get, for a long time, from the other kids. It’ll be interesting to see who “invited” the aunt to act as she did. Regardless of who suggested and/or permitted this heinous act, it was wrong. There’s plenty of blame and fault to go around – IMO.
Outrageous. The teacher and any other school official involved should be fired at least, if not prosecuted.
I grew up at a time and in a place where school paddlings were permitted, at the elementary level.But this would never have happened.
No clothes were ever removed, and no parents ever came to the school and spanked. On the other hand, I knew kids who said if they got it at school, they got it again at home.
But this case-its genuine child abuse!
